Care Providers

CRS has an extensive list of care providers.  We will meet with you to determine exactly what your needs are and then find the person we think best meets your needs.  If at any time you are not completely comfortable with the choice we have made, just let us know what you would like done differently and we'll get the changes made or send you to another source if that's what you prefer.

Physical therapy (PTs) help patients with disabling conditions such as low back pain, arthritis, heart disease, fractures and strokes by providing services that restore function, improve mobility, relieve pain, and prevent or limit permanent physical disabilities.

They restore, maintain and promote overall fitness and health.

Social workers work with those socially excluded or who are experiencing crisis to enable them to help themselves. They maintain professional relationships, acting as guides, advocates or critical friends. Social work is concerned with the interactions between people and the institutions that affect the ability to accomplish tasks, realize aspirations and alleviate distress. They are:
  • To enhance problem-solving, coping and developmental capacities of people.
  • To promote the effective and humane operation of the systems that provide resources and services.
  • To create a link that will provide resources, services and opportunities.
  • Offering information and counseling to patients and family members.
